The Ten Owners Club has been formed to create The Ultimate in Holiday Home Ownership. We have assembled a team with a wealth of experience in the foreign property markets including many years in the timeshare and fractional ownership industry.

In addition, our management team has relevant expertise in sales and marketing, financial control, bookkeeping and accounting as well as a first class IT and web design team. As with any business of this nature, we also have a team of lawyers and accountants to ensure compliance with the current regulations in any country in which we operate.

We also have key people in place with sound property management experience who will look after the smooth running of the properties and ensure that they are always maintained to the highest possible standards.

The local office, which you are welcome to visit at any time during normal working hours, is available to offer advice and guidance on the local area as well as to handle any problems which may arise with the property itself.
