If you require finance to purchase your share at one of our Ten Owners Club properties, there are a few options which you can consider. If you own your home either with or without a mortgage, our recommendation is that you first ask your lender as this usually provides you with the lowest interest rate and also the most flexible terms.
However, if this is not an option then there are many lenders offering unsecured loans for virtually any purpose. If you have a good credit record then you should be able to obtain the funds at a reasonable interest rate, but there are also many companies that will lend to you even if your credit has a few “blemishes” along the way.
