Please complete the form below in order to reserve your chosen time period(s) at the property as indicated. You are under no obligation to proceed with the purchase at this stage and when we receive your completed form, we will email you to confirm your reservation and to explain fully the purchase procedure.

Where the property has already been purchased, you will have fourteen days to have all of your questions answered in order to decide if you wish to proceed. After fourteen days, a deposit of one thousand euros will be payable by bank transfer into the designated bank account of Ten Owners Club S.L.

Following receipt of your deposit, the company will send you all of the relevant documentation in order for you to sign and make the due payment within a further seven days.

If the property is shown as “Coming Soon” we will not require any payment until we confirm that the property has been secured and we will keep you informed with our progress on this.
